What to bring

“What should I bring?”

This is the most common question we get from our guests and our answer is always, “Ehm… not much.”

True to our Northern roots, we’re minimalists at heart who believe that less is more. Unwinding and spending time with loved ones is the whole point of Wild and in our experience, more stuff usually translates to more stress.

That said, here are the things we do suggest you bring:

Food & drinks

There are a number of grocery stores en route to Wild where you can stock up on some tasty essentials. Here’s a sample shopping list:

  • Grill-friendly foods (sausage, chicken, hamburgers, vegetables)
  • Prepared salads, side dishes and fixins’
  • Breakfast (eggs and bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit)
  • Snacks (trail mix, cheese, fruit)
  • Beverages (drinking water, tea, and coffee are provided)
  • Foil if you’re planning on lots of leftovers

Extra layers

As any Estonian will tell you, the weather here has a mind of its own so dress accordingly! It gets cold once the sun goes down, so bring an extra sweatshirt, jacket, or blanket (maybe all 3) for cozying up by the fire.

Optional

  • Bug spray (only in the warmer months, but especially if you’re someone who bugs usually find to be irresistibly tasty)
  • A good book
  • An open mind and positive vibes

… and that’s it!
